Search for information and use of new technologies

On my last year of the degree I have developed, especially, my ability for the use of new technologies. Following on, I have attached a new document with the reflection of the whole degree, besides the one with my strengths and weaknesses like in the past years.

Written communication

Even though I have always enjoyed writing, I know that my scientific vocabulary has increased greatly during these years. See in the following documents other aspects that I believe I have improved.

Oral communication

My communication in front of an audience has got better, above all my vocal intonation. I enjoy presenting and I feel rewarded by my colleagues' comments.

Team work

I feel more confident when team working now, but I must say that, after four years, the relationship with my colleagues has changed and now I am more confortable around all of them.

Projects

Bioinformatics

This is the website that we used to expose the final project of the bioinformatics subject. The aim of the task was to identify the selenoproteins in a newly sequenced genome. Getting there was a challenge for me, and for the other participants of the task, since it was the first time that we knew about this proteins and bioinformatics itself.

Bioethics

The following project is about how the confinement due to COVID-19 affected children. It is not one of the greatest projects of the degree, but I think that my writing skills are very much reflected in it.

Structural biology

I can say with confidence that this is one of the biggest projects that I have ever worked on. This is an oral presentation of the Structural Biology subject, in which we worked on the relationship between evolution, sequence and function of HSP90.

Biotechnology

The following document contains the visual support of a group project in which we had to expose a new biotechnological product related to the antibiotic resistance emergency.
